Hello Ladies,

My name is Michelle, and I'm the founder of Bossy Bodies HQ.

Here's a little bit about myself and why I decided to create a business focusing on women and mothers to become the BEST version of themselves.

I'm a mum to 5 children and have always been into fitness and beauty from a young age.

Prior to becoming a PT I was in the beauty industry for over 15 years. I've combined my qualifications and knowledge to focus on making women feel confident — both inside and out. The satisfaction I get from transforming women's perspective of themselves is why I love my job.

I've struggled with diets over the years (trust me, I've tried all the FAD diets you could think of) and guess what? None of them work because they aren't sustainable. You restrict too much, maybe lose a little, then gain again, then move onto the next diet and go round in circles.

Finally, I've figured out a way of enjoying treats without restriction while keeping in shape. It's all about moderation, consistency, being accountable, and moving more.

I know how daunting it can be walking into a gym without the know‑how or confidence to work out, which is why I offer private personal training in my home gym / studio.
